ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UAE-STOCKED PRODUCTS

Falco Sports branded products, including our shuttlecocks and selected accessories, are stocked locally in the UAE.

Estimated delivery times:

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days
Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier-related delays.

SUPPLIER-FULFILLED PRODUCTS

Some products available on our store are shipped directly from our supplier or fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times:

UAE: 7–15 business days
GCC Countries: 7–20 business days
International destinations: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier processing times, customs clearance, and courier performance.

MIXED ORDERS

If your order contains both UAE-stocked and supplier-fulfilled products, items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details will be provided when available. Some supplier-fulfilled shipments may have limited tracking visibility during portions of transit.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect address details.
