At FALCO Sports AE, a trading brand of Falco Supreme Group FZC LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is not excluded under the non-returnable items section below.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:
- Opened or used shuttlecock tubes.
- Used grips, accessories, or sports equipment.
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the product and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Returns due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or no longer wanting the item may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SUPPLIER-FULFILLED PRODUCTS
Some products available on our website are supplied directly by fulfillment partners.
Additional return conditions may apply to supplier-fulfilled products depending on the supplier's policies. Return requests for these products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, FALCO Sports AE will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, including change-of-mind requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
